Hi, I reserved a room at TTR Cancun through Skoosh last week. As many have recommended, I'm trying to contact the resort just to ensure they have my reservation on file. I initially used their website form, which I did get an automated email response that they will get back to me soon. After a couple of days of not hearing back, I resent an email directly to them.. but still no response. So its been almost a week now. Has anyone had problems like this or know of a better way to contact them? :icon_rolleyes:
Call 1-877-464-8641 from the US or 1-866-812-9055 from Canada. That will get you to the reservation office in Cancun. They will be able to comfirm your reservation and give you the TTR reservation number. Jamie
WOW, thank you and I did not ask. I have an email into them and they said that they will reply. I used Skoosh so I am a bit nervous. As my better half said ,we have plastic.
