Trying to add profile pic

Hi pls help trying to add profile pic but keeps insisting upload fails.

I have even tried to reduce pixels too 200 x 150 which is well in the requirement.

Now lost and not sure what to do grrr

It's file size that is also important. Even if you reduce pixels sometimes the file size is to large. My expensive camera and software does that. I use third party software to reduce pictures to an acceptable size for Cancuncare.
