Don't know if I should post this but an awesome guy we met Nov 2013 with the sexy sinaholics group literally found true love at TTR! He went down as a single guy after some hard times, met a single gal who got stood up by a girlfriend and tomorrow they are getting MARRIED! He's from Canada and she is from Columbia. I think this is like a steamy romance novel! I know it may sound corny but we are VERY happy for them and think it is destiny and totally AWESOME! How cool is that? Who would've thought!
Great story.. we know of 2 other couples...also with a 50% Canadian connection...who met at TTR and have tied the knot. There is also another couple who are engaged nowand co-habitating in Canada who found each other on the hotel shuttle to the airport (3 NYE years ago) after both spending a week at TTR and yet not ever speaking the whole week. they forfeited this past NYE, in order to save $$$$ for impending nuptials this coming July So yes, TTR has a definite Cupid super power to it!!!!
Been there done that. Ok, so it wasnt at TTR, but Cancun. The rest, as they say, is history. March 4th, 15 yrs married

well didn't met at TTR (high school sweet hearts together more than 10 years now) but I think our trips to TTR makes our relationship stronger every year we go, we get to do things that we never thought about doing close to home and obviously the alone time away is a plus to bound with each other...
Indeed they both deserve to be happy. We witnessed the evolution of this relationship. It's great that is was REAL. I want them to come back to TTR but they are busy traveling right now. Got married in Columbia and now have to go back to Canada and do it again for "his side". Saw a couple of pics. Great looking couple and they know we wished them the best that life has to offer.
Me and the hubs met online 15 years ago when online dating was a huge no no. After all these years "You've got mail" still makes me smile. The funny thing we still use AOL. He honey....You've got mail.
