My wife needs to pick up a few supplies after we arrive(sunscreen, hair spray, ect..)How far away is the walmart. Or is there a closer/better alternative place to get supplies.
Your best bet would be to book an airport transfer with USA Transfers and then pay the extra $30 for the Wal-Mart stop on the way to the hotel from the airport. You get an hour to shop and then you can bring everything with you right to the hotel. That is what I would do if I had to go to Wal-Mart in Cancun.
You can get a bus from outside the hotel (exit hotel and turn right about 20 yards) the cost is 8 pesos each way. Just ask for Walmart and the driver will let you know when you get there. It's about a 10 minute ride. The bus stop to get back is just outside of Walmart to the left as you reach the road
Not to be a party pooper..But sunscreen in Mexico is exxxxxxxxxxxxpensive. Id try to bring it with you, if you can fit it in.
Yes...but expensive...regarding sunscreen...much better to bring it with you...average Cancun price is $20-28 a bottle for name brand.....even walmart is $18-25...
