Wow! What a fabulous trip! Not that every trip to BBG/TTR hasn't been great, but this had to be the best one yet! The resort is great as usual; it's (as always) the other guests who really make the trip super. In semi-chronological order, we partied with Richie & Kristal, Ann & Dave, Tracy & Chris, Mike & Jane, Greg & Tina, Sean & Tonia (aka Miss Temptation), Pam & Barry, Tim & Theresa, Tracy & Paul, Dan & Beth, Roy & Becky, Lisa R, Nick & Deb, Duane & Brenda, Mike & Christie, Duffy & Jen, Bill & Tammy, Harley & Tammy, Steve & Sue, and many others. Anybody I forgot, send me a nasty PM! (And I'm sorry; blame it on too many beers) The restaurants are all great; never really had a problem with them in the past, but if anything, they've upped their game; Belavista is particularly good. You only need reservation for Italian & Asian restaurants, and you can make them for the current day plus the next 3 nights; but we ate at the non-reservation places quite a bit as well. Beds were fine by us; good for sleeping and "other activities" lol. Closing down Paty'o's helps with the sleeping part. Everything about the place puts you in the mood for other activities. They made several announcements on Thursday promoting lingerie night; they really stress that you must wear proper (read skimpy & sexy) attire to get in, and positively no cameras. They guard the door and I didn't see a single gawker or camera flash. It was a fun night. I spoke to Chinos about the whole camera issue. They are aware that "inappropriate" camera use is an issue and they are working on some sort of reasonable compromise to try to protect people's privacy while allowing people to take pictures of their group; it's not an easy issue, as evidenced by all the debates about cameras here. But at least they're aware and hopefully can come up with something. And truth be told, there weren't too many cameras and I didn't see anyone who appeared to be taking pictures in a creepy way. But several girls did cover up before going up for contests. It's too bad they feel the need, but that's life in the internet age I guess. Marilyn & I entered a bunch of stuff, belly flop, beer drinking, a new cocktail making competition (which was fun), a modified couple's contest Sunday night, ladies arm wrestling, daring darts, and some others. I did manage to win the paper airplane throwing contest. Fun to get out there and make a fool of yourself. Chinos runs a lot of the games and does his usual awesome job. We've both really always been big fans of Chinos; he's a great MC, has great comedic timing, always a funny quip. Love the guy. Amy is still there and, while not Chinos, she did a real nice job with a couple contests. Stacy, a new girl from Canada, has a lot of experience in this line of work. She ran daring darts and really got into it. She was telling me, a lot of guests want more game type activities with guests participating; but everyone wants to sit & watch. So remember to try to join in some games and support the cast; they can't do it alone. We missed naked tequila volleyball unfortunately; got invited out on the TTR yacht, a trip actually made us forget the volleyball! The last night there was the dancer/stripper show. Marilyn was fortunate enough (sitting in the front waving and smiling might have helped) to get the LONG version of the lap dance where the lady gets lifted, twirled, etc. She was also fortunate enough to have worn panties; one girl who was "tapped" for a lap dance missed out because the "view" turned out to be more explicit than they wanted. We got to see the preparations for Hurricane Paula; fortunately, it passed off the coast far enough that we just got some wind & rain. We left the sexy pool due to rain around 3:30 PM Tuesday and were back out there at 2:30 Wednesday. Could have been a lot worse. I can't say enough nice things about the whole staff at TTR. A LOT of people remembered us from prior trips and hugged us; showed us pix of their children. We really feel like they're our Mexico family. So after reading this report, you'd probably figure we'll be returning again. Well, you'd win that bet; we can't wait. Hope to see everybody again soon!

Great TR Steve!! Wish we could have made it w/ you this time, but we have booked for April 12th - 21st, 2011. Should be a lot of the 'Ol crew there again if the feedback I'm getting means anything! Actually the tile is only partly done and there was a water leak issue; getting it resolved, but at the moment the house looks like a bomb exploded. But our dog is fine, so it's all good! Love you guys!
