Well i guess it's time to start one of these. There was a lot of things that happenned and things that you can't explain or talk about on the forum but i'll do my best to start now. As sleep was very rare and i think i'm still trying to recover. So we'll start by our arrival.

Early sun morn 4 am !!!! Walked in to the lobby wide eyed and just took in the scenery and wowed that we were finally here !! went to check in ..(Thank god that they could smile at the desk....actually they didn't must of been as tired as us !!) we got a room overlooking Paty o lounge...not gonna happen. Went back to the desk and requested a room change. They said they were full and booked solid and for 20 $ a night could move us ?? but aren't they booked solid as she said. anyways paid the money and moved rooms to quiet pool and ocean view. Worth our money !!!

Went to bed at 5:30 and woke up at 6;30 THINKING I JUST SLEPT 12 HRS !!! NOT Went down to the beach and started a full day of sun and fun at the pool. Quiet day though as we were a little tired. My wife ended up sick that night cause of heatstroke so that night was an early one and bedtime was 10:30. But we didi discover the true meaning of a snap !! the only problem was there wasn't much nap in it !!! my god !! Just happy to be there i guess !!

More later !!! it was a long 7 days !!!

So far so good! Quick question. I was reading about how they will actually let you look at the room before you check into it. Was the room you moved to for $20 the same size and so forth? So it was just a $20 dollar a night move? Thanks!

the room we had was a king size bed. they moved us to a 2 double bed. And at first we said the bed was to small but after we said for the view we had we didn't want to chance it. And after seeing several rooms they're all pretty similar. So we didin't mind that. And we were onthe last floor the 3rd so we had an awsome view.

What happened to you guys for the booze cruise? We were right at minimum numbers and were relying on you and your friends coming along.

as you can see from the first day of the trip report...Julie got sick and was out of commission. And when i got up to go and let you know you were already gone. Sorry as the booze cruise was one of the things we wanted to do. Looks like were coming back in October. This time we won't party so hard the day before !!

I like the rooms of Paty o's. They are central and well the noise never bothers us. i understand getting sick but Steve ends up putting up the cost for you then for the booze cruise.

we had the rooms over patyo's and it was great,as we usually ended up closing the bar most nights, it was a short stager to the room. I want that local this year as long as we get the king size bed we requested, altho a view overlooking the ocean would be lovely too.

I understand the booze cruise thing. But i'm sure if you were as sick as my wife was you would understand. Some things just can't happen while you're throwing up. As for the room we had more fun at paty o making havoc than listening to it....and we did need to sleep an hour at least....to each thier own for rooms we liked a littlke quiet....
