All I have to say is WOW. As rookies we had no idea what to expect. Temptations is truly a magical place and its like many people say on this forum its all the wonderful people that you meet that makes this place so awesome. As suggested here we used USA Transfers and they were the best. We walked outside and within minutes were on our way to the hotel.. Check in was quick and easy since we did express check in 1 week before arriving. They gave us a few choices and we went with the ocean view at the quiet pool side. The room was beautiful, clean, and the water pressure was great and the water was very hot... The bed was comfy also. All the restaurants were very, very good. We enjoyed the Italian and the seafood the most. We've done a few other all inclusive hotels in the past and was impressed with the food here. The drinks were good but a little watered down but that is probably a good thing since all you pretty much do is drink all day. Make sure you tip the bartenders they are so busy and do a great job. This place is really an all day party. If you are looking for a place to relax I'd recommend looking somewhere else. There is no pressure here if you want to take off your top or not. Its amazing how people loosen up with a few drinks in them including us. Seemed like everyone was having a good time except for a few that was just sitting in the background watching us have all the fun. The hotel must have been maybe 70% couples and the rest a mix of groups of friends. This place is to mingle, get loose, take shots and laugh all day at some of the funny events or contest that was going on. We were never hit on by another couple but my wife got hit on a lot by many beautiful women which I did enjoy. A couple of memorable quotes that was said to me by some women that will remain nameless were "your hot but your wife is much hotter" and "I'm not a lesbian but I would totally do your wife." Steve's Booze cruise was excellent!!! Him and his wife were very, very nice.. We had such a blast and my wife even convinced Steve's wife to go topless. I recommend doing this booze cruise, there were about 30 of us from the hotel that did it and it was a great time. I also recommend going to Coco Bongo, it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We went with the hotel. The shows were awesome and we did a lot of dancing too. My wife and I stayed there till 5:30am when they closed. Overall we had such a great f**king time. Not once were we bored or uncomfortable with what was going on around us. The staff were all great from the hotel to the booze cruise to coco bongo. We will definitely come back next year or maybe even try temptations in cabo who knows. Lastly I want to give a shout out to the people we hung out with the most with that were very nice and awesome to party with. J&DS, Matt&Lauren, Jdb, mwmram, niki n will, kharen712 and a few others that I am not remembering there names right now. This is the 3rd day of being back from Temptation and I am still trying to recoup.
Thanks guys and thanks to this forum for all the good info that we had before our trip. This forum is what made me choose Temptation, tripadvisor and the other sites had some terrible reviews.
Ditto everything Sanitago said! The trip was epic, and we are looking forward to the next one! You and your wife are cool peeps, and we will definately have to hang out next time we roll through Colorado! Awesome memories!
