Hi, Does anyone know where to buy Travel Insurance from easily in Cancun? I just need a week while i go to New York but need something to cover me incase i get sick or whatever. Something like a Tesco off the shelf quick policy for 400 pesos?

There is a chance no one will want to issue you travel insurance, because they will ask you about your health history, and will not cover something that might recur while traveling, even if they agree to issue the insurance, which they may not.
