Don't think so. We've always gone online thru a link on cancuncare.com to book with them and they're always waiting for us when we arrive. Very, very, reliable. If you want fast, no hassle, service at a great value ... you can't find any better. Two weeks ago ... our plane landed at 11:58 AM, we breezed thru Customs, a USA Transfers rep was waiting for us outside and we were checked in at Temptation at 12:45 PM.
I don't believe there is a counter are the airport the rep is outside the doors of the airport and he has the itinerary of all those that are being picked up. Once you make your reservation on line they will email your a confirmation and the itinerary with all the details.
USA Transfers can not pick up at the airport without it being prearranged. You don't have to prepay but you have to book it. You pay when you get in the transfer (for both ways if you choose the return option. We have used them several times. They are quick professional and I think very reasonably priced.
