    Hey all,

My wife and I are staying at the Bahia Principe Tulum from April 21st to the 28th but are planning on doing a 1 day, 1 night stay at Temptations on THursday the 25th. My question to the group is whether or not anyone has any info on shuttles or busses that we would be able to take both from Tulum to Temptations and vice versa on the way back? Any help is greatly appreciated and we are so looking forward to our time at TTR and meeting great and fun people!!

The least expensive is to use the ADO bus system back and forth
Autobuses ADO then a taxi or local bus from the ADO terminal in Cancun to Temptation.

The other option, although a bit more pricey, is to arrange private transportation via USA Transfers

Cab there and back and having him wait for you to do the ruins would likely be about $100-$125. And you could avoid all the pissing around.

It's a double lane divided highway similar to many US interstates except with more speed bumps. I don't know if they got the overpass in Playa done yet or if there is still the big detour around it, but other than that, it's pretty straight forward. you can google map it down to street view if you want to see it.

You could book this through USA Transfers, total price would be $135

It's not bookable directly through the website since it's an unusual request. If you'd like to go ahead let me know via PM and I'll arrange it.

dont do the local bus,, its horrendous trip. Took hours, stopping to pick up everyone and their chickens and donkeys. Hire a car the roads bad but not as bad as that bus.
