we're staying at Grand Riviera Princess (just north or Playa del Carmen) and want to do the Boobs Cruise on the 28th. looks like a taxi would be $50-60 US. has anyone used the Colectivo to travel that route? sounds really inexpensive. wondering what the frequency is?
Contact Steve or Trina. They arranged transportation for us last year to go on a Boobs Cruise when we stayed at another hotel for a business trip ... and the transportation was reliable and not overpriced.
Copy and paste from reply on other thread: We can also set up private transport as dk&lin mentioned. It wont be as cheap as a collectivo though, but cheaper than a taxi.
Last week, we took a colectivo, and he dropped us at the bus stop that does the hotel zone.....and it was a short ride to Temptation......BUT It may be a little more complicated to get back to where you could catch the colectivo back to your hotel........we took the ADO bus back to the hotel. (even if the girl at the ticket counter told us that the bus wouldn't stop at our hotel......it did)
It's nice to have a reliable ride back to your own hotel especially after being on the Boobs Cruise all day and more than likely having had a few (or two dozen) drinks during the day! Public transportation does not seem as much fun at that point! :daveandmo:
