We used USA when we were in Cancun last April, but the driver that took us back to the airport from our resort, didnt like the tip I TRIED to give him, and he really got an attitude. So, looking for another reliable transfer company. Thanks!
Weird. I was gonna recommend USA Transfers as that's who we used and we were more than pleased with them.

We plan on using USA Transfers. I wouldnt necessarily let one bad driver spoil everything. Thats the first time i read any bad review of that company after all the research i did when figuring out who to use. I totally believed it happened and who knows, maybe we'll get a driver having a bad day too. In the end though USA Transfers seems to be the most convenient, professional, and affordable way to get a private transfer to and from the resort.
USA Transfers have about 40 drivers on their books at the moment, sorry you seemed to have found a belligerent one. I know the owner would not approve of that kind of behaviour from his staff so it probably would have been best to make a complaint at the time. If it happened back in April and was a regular thing I wouldnt be surprised if that driver no longer works there.
Thanks for the replies. We will probably use them again. I did make a complaint in April. We had no problems with the service up until that point, and yes, he may have been having a bad day.
We have used Best Day Travel every time we have been to Cancun and was happy with the service. Also the price was good, I think it was $17.50 pp round trip. Hope this helps.
