Hi guys, Wondering about tower access: we are not Premier members. We are thinking of booking a stay. We usually pick the more economical Trendy Garden rooms. I know these rooms do not come with access to the Tower. I am also considering a room with Tower access. In the past, they allowed guests to access the Tower for $20USD each, is this still the case? Also, do they always check? Meaning, could we sneak up there and check it out without having to pay? We have stayed at the Tower before and the Sky Bar area was hit or miss: sometimes it was full of people, other times it was dead (despite being open) That said, I don't want to fork out money in advance if the rooftop doesn't have a party going on.
I think it is $25 now for a day pass. Would only do that if you were sitting and eating or going to spend a lot of time in the hot tub. Hasn’t been much of a party up there unless a group takes over one of the tubs. They do not check at the elevators like they used to….(Or haven't last couple trips) but the bartenders and servers pay attention. That said, we had friends with us with the “wrong” bracelets a couple trips ago and they still got served? Lots of other people come up and take pictures with no issues as well.
