My rec: I've spent about two hours talking with ToriB in a social setting, and she impressed me as a young person who has her head screwed on straight. She appears adaptable, sensitive to others' needs, and appears to respond appropriately to situations requiring group decision making. She has no trouble expressing her point of view, but does not insist upon it, and can handle the give and take required to work with others. I think she would make an excellent employee, if hired to a position that is well matched to her skills and abilities.
