Tragically Hip was the first and only concert that I slept outside the night before tickets went on sale.....now I will add this was before smart phones and the Internet was not freely available

It was a great night camping in the city with friends and a fantastic concert!

We looked into going to Kingston today, but hotels are charging stupid prices.
So we are doing a bar party in Guelph

 

We're going to a barn party near Belleville, Ontario that will air the concert.

Show will be great, weather sizzling, and the beers flowing !

Canada is officially closed for the next 2 hrs or so in tribute to Gord Downie and the rest of the Hip . Enjoy the show wherever you watch it .
This will probably be one of the most watched shows ever in Canadian TV history .
