Ive been reading that most people tip 1 dollars at a time, but as we are from scotland we will be taking pesos with us. How many pesos would be the same as tipping a dollar??

Hi, Depending on your exchange rates..

But we used a basic 10 pesos = 1 USD or CDN as a base rate. We got a great 12 pesos for 1 CDN on our last trip which made any $20 peso tip cost us only $1.60 CDN, which made us throw around $20s like Donald Trump at a strip club, LMAO!

Tipping shows how thankful you for what bartender does. (speaking of bars)
You may throw a buck (10 pesos)for every drink if you are not a bar seater, or just throw 10 bucks once and seat and drink freely all day.
Remember they change at 5pm for the night shift. so if you come at 3pm for one drink only, 1-2 buck will be appreciated.
