Only been to an all inclusive once a few years ago, booked in Feb. 24 - March 6th. What are the accepted/recommended amounts to tip Cleaning staff, bartenders, massage...etc. Having worked in the service industry I'm a believer in rewarding excellent service and I plan on keeping the bartender pretty busy :). The one common thread in all the reviews I've read of the TTRs is that the service and staff are top notch. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Some people tip a little every day to the various staff. Others don't tip at all because it is supposed to be included in the rate. We like to tip at the end of our stay to those you gave great service but didn't know a tip may be coming.

If you wait til the end of your trip to tip that special someone, you could be out of luck. They don't necessarily work the whole week you are there and they may be gone the day you leave.

Tip as you go and for good service only! Leave a couple of bucks on the pillow each day for your maid and slip a little something into the hand of your bartender every few drinks.

Leave a little something behind on the table after your meal.

Thanks Miranda, that's exactly what I'll do. Counting the days!
