Tim, aren't these decisions almost always more about the tipper than the tippee? We arrange a private pickup from the airport to the center of Cancun. I tip the driver 50 pesos, and they always seem pleased. We tip the greeter who is waiting just outside the terminal 20 pesos, and he likewise seems pleased. It works for us.
