Hey all, we are gearing up for our first trip here in 13 days!!! I am just wondering, from the time you get off the plane in Cancun how long does it take to get bags, clear customs, find the shuttle (taking the one offered by/for Premier members thru TTR), get to TTR, get checked in, and get naked. We arrive to the airport at 2:54PM Cancun time. Can we expect to be to the Resort by 6? Thanks!
We have done the trek in an hour before. I think 2hours might be more realistic as you have many things that can effect your time, Customs line, shuttle availability and traffic. Good luck
If you want it to be really quick take a red eye flight. Our flight landed at 7:00am, we flew through baggage and customs, USA Transfers was right there waiting for us and the Premier office was closed but the front desk didn't have a singe guest at it. Just under an hour from landing to the sexy pool. And the airport vultures are still asleep at that time so there was no gauntlet to have to walk.

It seems like for us as soon as we get through customs we have our USA Transfer and about 25 minutes later we're at the resort. From landing to resort I'd be surprised if it's much over an hour. Just depends when you get there if there are multiple arriving flights it might get you slowed down.
