Los Tigres de Quintana Roo became the champions of the Mexican Baseball League last night, with a 4-0 sweep of the Diablos Rojos of Mexico City, winning 13-9, and ending their season's quest for the championship.
And congrats to V, me and others who survived a night where lots of beer was involved. We seemed unable to put these guys away last night. We had two big leads that they chopped into. It was exciting to the very last play. Too bad we could not have watched it in person but we had big screens at the not so busy, never so busy, Taco Stop, on Yaxchilan.
