Posted on the Cancun info board but figured you guys might have more experience with this. Anyone ever book 3 to a room and then get charged a fee by the hotel when you got there for an extra person?
How does the bed situation work at the Oasis? 7 of us are booked there for peak week. Do the rooms have 2 doubles and 3 single beds or what?
When you have 3 people in a room the resort gives you two double beds. You can ask for a roll away to be put in the room but that is based on availability of the rollaways and many resorts do charge for them. Plus, many times the rooms really aren't big enough to put a rollaway in it.
We actually have booked a triple occupancy, and you willfind the rate goes downlower the more people you have in the room. Most resorts willk give you two double beds..
