Thompson package from UK transfer

Hi guys, we are arriving on the 24th (10 days!!) and wondered if anyone else from the UK had flown with Thompsons?
We was interested to know how long the transfer to the hotel will be with all the other hotel drop off first

From what I have read, a hotel transfer runs anywhere from 30mins to 2 hours. depending on if its a private transfer or a shared transfer and how many stops before u get dropped off. If theres a family in the van with you and they all go to one hotel than your set for a shortish trip.

it is usually a full size coach, and Temptation is last drop off so usually about an hour xx but can be a long wait at the airport until coach is full. normally 2.5 hours after landing you should be in the pool xx go on you hammers x:aktion030:

Like Sue said. We flew with Thompson in January and it was about 30-45 minutes waiting for the coach to be ready, then about an hour to get to TTR. But then again the coach wasn't that full.

 

And on the way back they pcik you up 5 hours before departure. Well worth booking your own taxi. That way you have an extra half-day at the resort. Worth every dollar!

 

ow dear you guys have got me wondering now were going in march and iv booked threw thomas cook mmm i no there not the same as thompson but there all pritty much the same. how much is it for a taxi about from the airport

 

Lots of people on here book a separate, private transfer with companies like USA Transfers. If you don't mind spending a little cash to get more out of your trip (less than $70 or so both ways together) then by all means do so.

 

We went with thomson in may but opted for transfers with USA Transfers $55 return was perfect straight out the airport into the car straight to Temptation, well worth it, great start to great holiday, going again next May with Monarch and will be doing the same.

 

defo worth book USA Transfers went went the thomsons in sept but got the the private transfers we was there with in 20 mins of stepping out of the airport no waiting round for people to fill up the coach
