    Just looking at some resale purchase options. We LOVED our first trip and have another planned for May 15-19. I found one listing that has no annual fee but you pay a nightly fee. Does that sound accurate? You are welcome to PM me.

    everybody pays an all-inclusive fee. Which usually goes up annually.
