Hey were newbies visiting in December, I’m going to be buying my outfits but I’m not sure what to buy How extra do people go for both the pool party themes and the evening themes? Do people go all out or subtle? I don’t want to be the odd one out and for lingerie/provocative night is if full on underwear or subtle? thankyou. Hope this make sense x
It’s whatever you are comfortable with. You can match with the pool parties. No one really cares for theme nights at bash you can wear wild to mild it’s all up to you. Enjoy and have fun.
Put time/$ into the theme nights but don’t personally think you should waste time on the pool themes (really can’t tell in the pool and some themes are goofy). If you go all out, you will fit in with others that go all out versus “not” fitting in with those that don’t even dress. A lot depends on your week and the groups that are there as well as who you connect with while you are there. Remember - “Nobody knows you and nobody gives a shit”! YOLO!!
Most of the folks on this board are the "go all out" crowd... invested in the entire vibe and keeping the legacy intact... that said, I would guess 30% of all guests "go all out" on any average night, which is to say you'll not likely ever be alone, but you won't be lost in the crowd either. If you go during one of the "regulars" weeks, aka unofficial takeovers that you see on this board, it is likely much higher. We find it more fun to have people comment on our outfits and make new friends that way.
