The Vampires Trip Report, Partydollgirl and Brewster, April 10th to 24th 2011

This was another awesome trip. As some of our friends figured out, Brewster and I are like Vampires. We sleep late, we sun by the quiet pool in the after noon, have a late afternoon nap till dark and then we party all night long till the sun comes up... ha-ha! (Most nights) we always get” where have you guys been” ha-ha!!
The April Addict group was a blast to party with, Very high energy all day, which was exhausting for us trying to keep up on the few days we made it to the sexy pool. Ha-ha!
So many people to thank, I cant even begin to name them but you know who you are and to only name a few wouldn’t be fair because we loved everyone ... lol I loved seeing old friends and meet new ones.. The April addicts made our trip the best ever. Thank you all so much. We miss everyone all ready.
So on to the report:
We were there for 2 weeks. The first week we partied hard and were so happy to be back at TTR.
The resort was as expected, very clean. The service was fantastic. The food was good.
We did have a few issues with security, likely the after lash of the 45 guys that were there before us. The resort decided to try to make a few changes that did not go over well. But I think that it is pretty much back to normal now except for the entertainment crew, they have been asked to limit the swearing in the games, which to me doesn’t matter either way..
There were a lot of sick people at the resort. Brewster and I managed to somehow miss it although I had a couple of nights with other issues and no, not from drinking too much.. Ha-ha!! I think that has pretty much cleared up by the time we left as well.
We had our very first Booze cruise this trip. On the way over to the island, I have to say we all looked like a bunch of sad sack sitting there but the crew was having none of that... haha!!.. They worked really hard at getting us up off our butts on the way over to the island but once we got kick started it was a happening boat. Make sure you do this if you get a chance to. Thank you Steve it was great to finally meet you, we had a fantastic time. We have a great picture of you we will send along.
Brewster always brings his guitar when he travels. We had a few sing along nights at the beach.. That was great fun and thank you to all that came to the beach with us. Brewster loves to play and he does try to do some (not country) stuff by request... He tries... Lol
So now, as you can see we love TTR and this is just our opinion but I have to say that 2 weeks was just too long for us..We have done 2 weeks twice. I will not blame the resort it had nothing to do with it, we love it and we will be back.. We found that by the second week we were done with the food, the drinks, and the beds etc. In our opinion 7 to 10 days will be enough for us next time.. So if you are thinking of doing 2 weeks and have done 7 try 10 days before you make the jump to 2 weeks. We also did 10 days in the room right above patios. We didn’t mind it at all until we had to stay in a night.. That made us move to a different room, far far away from patio’s..Ha-ha! So if you don’t party late, don’t get a room there..
The Cancuncare theme night went over very well, they were a huge success. So much fun, the white night looked amazing at Patio’s. The schoolgirl and men’s kilt night I think, was the best night. The men had a blast with the kilts and it was awesome to see so many men being able to participate in a theme night. I know my Brewster looked pretty damn sexy in his kilt, along with all the other men...
Brewster and I think after reading Robs (diamondheads) trip report that we may check out Cabo next time...its time for something different for us...Not sure when, maybe in the fall or maybe next April. I think with it being smaller if we could get the April Addicts there in April it would pretty much just be us there… that would be way to much fun..
Well I think I have pretty much covered it, if I think of more I will add it later... haha!! We MISS YOU ALL!!!

 

Very nice trip report Mrs Kim, although I didnt get to meet ashtray girl that I had heard so much about lol.. it was a blast with you and Bruce again, I could go on and on but you guys both know what good friends you are and how much I enjoy spending a vacation with ya both. Hopefully we can meet up before another entire year goes by, but either way I know we will be in touch almost daily via facebook and here. It was a great trip and thanks to you and bruce I didnt have to spend it in my room sick for days and days. I am looking forward to Robs trip Report too, although its probably not fair, cuz Rob seems like the kind of guy that could turn a walmart parking lot into a raging party lol.. but Ill be waiting to read it.

 

Thanks Jim, I have to say that we looked forward every morning... well afternoon to getting up and finding you..you were a huge highlight for us every day. we miss you.. lol

Great report Kim, it was wonderful meeting you guys, makes me laugh thinking your only in Calgary and we're around Edmonton and it took us both to go to Cancun to finally meet. I believe we have met friends for life. The evenings on the beach with Bruce playing and singing and your singing was outstanding, reminded me waking up in the am and your songs still going on in my head. You both were awsome. Oh god and Chet.. he was great, so shy but he sure could sing. Oh and the booze cruise were pretty much the highlites for us also, well except all the great people we met.

 

Like I told you at least ten times.....So glad I got to "actually" meet you this year You and Bruce made this years trip just that much better. I'd like to think I made two more lifelong friends. And still much appreciation to all the planning you did to get the theme organized and sucessful. The sing-a-longs were great. You have a beautiful voice too ya know.Strawberry wine will have a new feeling whenever I hear it Im hoping we can all get together next year or before.Wherever that may be.

aww your welcome.. we had a blast with you chet.. you helped us through alot of songs we couldnt remember.. lol your are good at remembering words to the songs at 4 am in the morning thanks for your help and your singing that was great.. lol Looking forward to see you again for sure! XOXO

 

ok.. I cant stand the guilt of not naming names.. haha!! we really did meet so many wonderful people.. Ill get on that after work tonight.. because I should be doing work now instead of being on here... LOL

but my first special thank you goes to Woody (my Sugar Daddy) sugar for short and Sue. you made our trip very special with all your work on the PDF and getting me to the Sexy pool more than I would have, for all the laughs we had and I really would like to know how many Boob shots you have of me.. hahah!!..

Good job, babe. I've been too swamped to put a report together, since I got back.

It was fantastic meeting everyone, old friends and new. Looking at the everyone's pics I'm thinking Kim and I will have to make an effort to take in more of the day activities at the risk of melting in the sun, or whatever happens to vampires..lol.
