You have to be covered up to go into any of the restaurants it is mostly the pools and I have seen people on the beach.
Although I thought it had already changed over to a family resort as of yesterday? If that's the case you can't go top less anywhere.
GOV was purchased by a different resort company. Oasis Sens is the only Oasis adult only resort in Cancun. One pool topless optional, beach is always fine in Mexico -- not sure if I've ever been to any resorts where I didn't see topless on the beach. Waiting for more reviews to come out of this resort!
