I was interested to know if anyone had been to this place? I will be in Cancun in August and was thinking about renting a car and experiencing this. Kuxi K'aax - The Jungle Place is their website.
That's a new one on me. Bear in mind it's going to be around 2 hours drive from Cancun. An alternative you might want to consider is Crococun: Crococun Zoo which is between the airport and Puerto Morelos, so a lot closer to Cancun. It's half the price too.
I've read good reports about the Jungle Place but haven't been. We want to take my son but he hasn't reached the minimum age. We've enjoyed Crococun Zoo as Steve mentioned.
I hope to go Crocun zoo in a week or so, not read one bad review of it on trip adviser plus the we get the FM3 rate. Really looking forward to it.
Crococun is excellent, one of the best days out we've had here, saw some amazing animals, held a little Croc, our daughter gave food to the wild monkeys that came down from trees, walked through about 50 Crocodiles that were just next to us on the path and held a Tegu? which I had never heard of before I went there. It's cheap too, if you show your a local.
