We just got back from Temptations and had the best trip we have ever had! So much fun and everyone was so nice! Love all the fun entertainment poolside and nightlife! I didn't know what to expect when arriving and it exceeded my expectations! Thanks to all we have met and for all the great info on this site! We will definetly become repeaters to this resort! If any of you are thinking of doing a tour we recommend the Isla Mujeras! What a blast that was! Will def do it again! We didn't get a chance to do a Steves Booze Cruise but will be on our list next time as well! We were also impressed by the food and restaurants. The Asian and Seafood/Steak was our favorite! I honestly can't remember the Italian restaurant due to too many cocktails We also did the dinner on the beach which was an extra $37 per person but soo worth every penny. Lobster, scallops, shrimp, prime rib and salad bar and all top shelf liquor. :lotsofmichaelfs:
Great to hear you had fun. Last year we did Cabo Temptations....it was fun though it wasn't what we've experienced at Cancun. We usually go in Jan/Feb and thought we were going to give up our trip this year BUT we miss it soooo much we're doing everything we can to hopefully make an April/May trip. Cross your fingers for us!
The dinner on the beach was something they posted when we were there. Reservations for dinner are always made from 10am-12 every morning. I don't know if it is something they do on a regular basis or we just got lucky when we went! If you get to it was amazing!
you make reservations at the same place you do for the other restaurants...we also did the beach dinner....all you can eat steak/lobster for $37...and we had a big moon and clear skies...
lobster dinner on the beach is usually promoted by the staff the day of or the day before. They usually have a table set displaying the food and are there selling seats. In 7 years we have never done the beach dinner, but there is always a first for everything at TTR
