    boah, I already so excited, even though its gonna be my 2nnd time :D

    my TODO-LIST:
    * get a few 1$-bills for tips (could be a little bit hard outside the US)
    -> Will check that this afternoon

    * buy some casual things (shampoo, after shave,...)
    -> this afternoon / maybe Wednesday

    * convert movies for my ipod video (handy on a 12hrs flight)
    -> In Progress (takes a lot of time for encoding)

    * Pack my bag
    -> Partly done

    * Visit the hairdresser
    -> Wednesday

    * Pre-Checkin at the airport
    -> Wednesday

    What software do you use? I just ordered a nano. My old player plays divx directly but I guess now I have to convert everything to mp4.
