As I suggested this would be a better place than facebook...I tried to post a photo, but it seems I need a URL. What am I missing? This has to be simple enough. Hopefully, others are just having the same issues.
You can't upload a photo directly from your PC to this site. You have to post it somewhere first, then put the url in here. It will connect to where ever the photo is posted. If the photo is ever taken, or the URL breaks, then the photo is removed from this page. (you might have noticed this as the red X where a photo used to be). There are lots of hosting sites, but many are blocked if you work is secured. However, I have found that http://upload.camzu.com/ is very easy to use and I can get to it at work. Just browse to you picture, load, then grab the "direct link" URL that is provided copy and paste it under the “insert image” option.
O it defiantly worked. No complaints from me You may have taken that picture with a high end camera. When I use my DLSR, the pictures are huge like that. I just open in them in paint, then resize them to 25%. Then upload them to that site. Once you load it, there isn’t a way to resize there, or when you include it in the post.
