Was just peeking at TTR facebook page and noticed a Temptation Race? Anyone have any info? Was it a success and more importantly...will they do it again? Mind you, exercise and vacation do not play well together for me, but it's an excuse to get back to TTR for the next one. I know there is a gym, I've seen it....I really have......honest. May consider running in it for 2012. 2 more sleeps and we are there!!!!!! :flash:
Don't give me any ideas .... next thing you know I'm signing up for Cancun running events .... Just finished a half marathon in Ottawa ... it'd be nice to be able to lay on a beach chair for 5 days after something like that
A Half Marathon!!!! Good for you!! My personal goal is to run a marathon before I'm 50. All I'm thinking is that it's a good excuse for TWO trips to TTR. I did see the poster for the event and it's in August!!!
I couldn't imagine trying to run in that heat/humidity! I had the same problem living in SoCal, too hot to train outside most of the time! I love the weather in Seattle, doesn't make it hard to run at all - even in the rain. I can do a 5K, but I don't think I could do a half-marathon yet :-0 But, I couldn't run 1000 feet in the Cancun weather without wanting to kill myself!
