I have 6 weeks or units per year at Temptations or any of their affiliated resorts. We work for ourselves and have only been using 2-3 per year. I have 2 that I would sell for 6700.00 each good for this year and 22 more years. All gold band benefits and NO maintenance fee ever. Also use of yacht included. Please let me know if you know anyone interested. We love it there in Cancun and go every year. I would also rent them if someone is considering buying into the resort its a good way to sample all the benefits of VIP.
