I saw the pictures. The room looks nice. I was more interested in the balcony. Do you think having a party out there with music would get shut down? I am seriously thinking of getting that room for a couple of days on our next stay. Thanks Garry
I fell like part of the point of getting one of those rooms is to have a party on the balcony. That's why they have that little bar thing and the table with the 4 chairs. Seems like there is a pretty decent amount of space out there on that wrap around to entertain a good amount of people.
We had a big wrap around balcony at the RUI Palace last April. One night we ended up out there with my speaker and was promptly shut down. It was 3am though so I can understand that.
However, now I am looking at Kyle's pictures and I am not seeing the other half of the balcony. He seems to be on the lowest level, and maybe it is just my perspective from the pictures, but the part here I crossed out doesn't seem to be a part of his balcony and it ends a bit past the hot tub. Also, what do you think that other rectangle thing is on the right side?
If you keep looking thru the report you will see additional pics of the balcony. It doesn't wrap around the room on both sides. Doesn't appear like any do. Just on the side facing the inside of the tower. Not on the side facing the outside of the tower. There is a stairwell on that corner so it doesn't change going higher up. But yes there was plenty of room on the bacolny for a party. No issue until 3 as it would be hard for you to be noisier than Bash. But after 3 maybe??? So you're saying that reality and the actual design layout don't match? Can't say I am very surprised, haha. I wouldn't be too happy though if I booked expecting a 3 sided wrap around, but didn't end up with the floor plan pictured. They really may want to update what they are advertising.
We loved it and were not the slightest bit upset about it not wrapping on the third side after seeing that the jacuzzi fit 6+ and wasn't like the 2 person plush jacuzzis or lush tower jacuzzis. And the view is awesome. We had other pros and cons I had planned to do in a trip report but life got in the way.
