Notice that the picture of Chinos with the guests by the pool bar is at Cancun. You can see an antenna from one of the boats in the background and notice the post for the cabana, seats, etc. YOu will notice this is a BBG Cancun picture.
The beach is beautiful and empty. There are deadly rip currents, so no swimming, but you can wade a little. I didn't try any snorkeling, but I think there is some a few miles down the road.
There is pretty good snorkeline at both Chileno Bay and Santa Maria Bay which aren't far from the resort. They both have access off the main road that runs between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo.
