Temptation in October

Looking to head to Cancun, and relaxing at Temptations for my birthday, but my wife thinks it's a bad idea since it's considered to be hurricane season. Any thoughts from anyone that has traveled to Cancun that time of year?

 

Go for it, has been great weather when we have been there in late Aug / early Sep. I'd advise trip insurance just in case though...can never be too safe.

 

We've been there 3 times in Oct.... it's a great time.. no worries.

October

We went for our first time during the last week in October last year. We are booked again for Halloween. If I remember, the weather was great! Only one rainy morning with sun included. C'mon down!

 

We went in Oct. for the first time. The first 2 days were great. But then it rained for a little bit one day and the water in the pool was cold the rest of the trip. I just booked again but this time in August so I know it will be warm. Oct is great if you want to do some site seeing and stuff but the chance of rain is higher than a lot of the other months and if it does it is cold rain

 

We will bethere OCt 3-10 this year... went before in October on these dates and had great weather.
