We are planning on going July 12th to the 19th. We were there in March and loved it. I am wondering how is it going to be?? Vibe, weather, etc... In March there were couples, but a lot of young singles too. The weather was nice but kind of chilly at night.
very very hot i suggest pre tanning and use sunscreen face lips shoulders will burn even if you have a great tan take lots of sunscreen
The weather is very hot, and may be so hot the pool may not be that comfortable in the afternoon. The vibe is good, but not as many repeaters as some of the other times of the year.
we will be there then aswell I dont know how I am (sam) going to be able to cope with the humidity, hopefully there is some sort of breeze from the water.
So Reb is from Puerto Rico so the hot weather doesn't bother her! Bob is white Irish so that may be a problem... lol. The only thing Reb has to worry about is not to burn the :flash: We hope there are not a lot of mosquitoes though. That is a pain in the ass. How about the crowd? Singles, couples?? A lot of people with crazy parties at the sexy pool or is the resort not going to be as full?? March was so much fun that we are hoping is the same in July!! artytime:
There is already a lot of people booked for July. You will need sunscreen and lip sun block for sure. Bring a visor or hat too. It WILL be hot but an awesome time.
We have been in July and it's hot!!! But we like it that way. We went right after the swine flu scare so occupancy was down but still a great time. We would def return in July. Just like others have said sunscreen and plan on spending alot of time in the water to keep cool.
Been to Cancun 5x in July - it's hot, but hey, it's hot in the USA too. Weather-wise, it's hot and humid. Mid/late afternoon t-storms are common but rarely are they over the resort - they are inland - and it's actually nice as the big towering thunderstorm clouds are really pretty and will give some well-needed shade to the pool in midafternoon. Vibe is fun - you're on vacation. LOTS of europeans and Brits there as it's "holiday" season for them during that time. We'll be there 7/24-31 ...
Like everyone says it's hot and humid. The sexy pool is refreshing and the drinks are cold. What else do you need?
