Steve, being Canadian and not knowing how COVID restrictions will affect us for May of 2021...would you happen to know if they would still offer a credit in case we are unable to go even during the cyber sale. My understanding is that the Cyber Sale doesn't allow cancellations, not sure if that means they give you a credit or not. We found the same thing so we called the resort. It is much cheaper if you call so I can only assume the website is not functioning the way they intended.
