:idea: I have read so many reviews about the how nasty and disgusting the rooms, food, and service were. This is my 1st time going to the resort. Can someone who has recently return shed some light for I can feel at ease :banghead:
Not exactly the Ritz-Carlton, but we have zero complaints with the cleanliness. Some of the food is excellent, and some meals or dishes are average. IMO the service is very good. Our upcoming trip will be our 18th at TTR, and there is no way would continue to return if anything to do with the resort was nasty or disgusting (other than the anal followed by oral on channel 12).
cleanliness for the most part the rooms were just recently renovated some have a musty smell so i would suggest packing a candle . i have had a room i was not happy with before and its no problem to switch for them.. i really usually only sleep in the room however... the restraunts are very classy presentations and the food is pretty good in the buffet as well. the friendships and entertainment is the big draw to this resort and as in my case i own a roller skating rink so no kids is a huge plus as well... brad
I have to agree with everyone . We have been there four times and can't wait to go back . We have never stayed at a place in the states and felt that way about it . For us the rooms have been very clean . Normally you can smell a hint of bleach in the air when you walk in the room , a BIG plus for my wife . We enjoy our meals in the buffet dining room . We've never been dissapointed with any meal . The specialty restaurants are very good , you need to try these . The people you meet are what we get excited about seeing . Not just the travelers but the workers too . Don't worry you will have a great time .
clean We have been when it was blue bay and when it was changed to temptations. I can understand some bad reviews of the rooms as blue bay as the rooms were nothing to write home about but not as temptations. Don't worry about it for a second. Most bad reviews of any resort are from complaining type people. I have vacationed with a couple for a few years at luxury resorts that wine wine wine about everything. We don't vacation with them anymore. Problem fixed. We vacation once a year and go to a different hotel every year other than temptations (we have been twice and will be going again) and I have seen tons of bad reviews about other resorts and when you get there you are like what planet were these people from writing the reviews. People that complain attract things to complain about, if there was one room in a resort that had a problem with air conditioning or some other thing the people we used to vacation with would get that room guaranteed. rod:

The rooms are nicer than most Days Inns . you dont spend that much time in the room anyway, and for every bad review there are 10 good ones. Terry
