What do they have in the gym? Also what fitness activities do they have organized usually?

The gym has a beautiful view-the equipment, well, let's say that it has seen better days. There are maybe 2 or 3 treadmills, a bike or 2, a stepper or 2...don't really remember how many. A couple weight machines and some free weights. I've never been there when there are more than 2 people there at a time. No scheduled classes in the gym but they have some classes in the pool/poolside like pole dancing, stretching in the pool in the am., a power walk on the beach. That's about it.

Marlene did water aerobics in the pool and yoga on the beach last year.

Hi! Just got back fromm TTR. Worked out each morning and the gym is not bad. Treadmills, recumbent bikes and elliticals. Also, a few weight machines and a decent set of dumbells. Enough to maintain and get a decent workout. They have mats and also the large balls for sit-ups. The gym is clean and with a water cooler, towels and it is air conditioned with a good ocean view if you are on the treadmills. I do wish they would put a heavy bag in there, but all in all not bad. They just started an ocean water aerobics class but don't know how it was as I saw it but never took part. If you have any questions feel free to PM me, John

First couple trips, I used the gym a bit. I was very unenthused by it. Now I usually go and have a peek to see if anything is different. It isn't. So I move on to better things.
It is hard to find though.

Thanks everyone for the info it really helped.
I work hard to maintain this body and I actually enjoy working out in a bikini bottom sports bra and shoes in the gym then go for a run.
Need to keep "it up" we will be going naked in St Martin Feb 1 2011 for 3 weeks!!!
    Thanks again Kate
