The wife and I are coming Feb 27 - March 5 and she wanted me to ask this question about the weather/temperatures for all you returning guests. In the evenings/night time this time of the year, does the air temperature cool off? Should she bring a wrap for her around her shoulders, like does it get that cool? Any feedback will be appreciated!

68 still to hot to dance the nite away at out side paty-o. Were thinking of bringing a battery fan to stay cool . took a wind breaker last year and never used it.

It is warm and balmy at night, but we were coming from where it is much colder so perspective is everything. If the high 60s and humid is cool for where you are from, then you might feel differently - the only time I felt cold the whole trip is when I was in the warmer pool and it was cloudy and a bit windy later in the afternoon, so when I got out of the pool I was a little cold. Nothing compared to temperatures at or around freezing!!

Agreed. When we go in April we are leaving with snow on the ground so the temp being 80's in the day and 70's at night is awesome. Even if it were 60's in the daytime it would be better than home!

Having been to cancun in almost every month of the year, I would say take the wind jacket. It's better to be safe than sorry. We went last year in feb over valentines day and it's not so much the temperature as it is the wind. I wore my jacket everyday and nite we were there. We aren't far from you so when we left we had a shit load of snow on the ground and it was still chilling from the wind. I know it sounds like it doesn't make sense, but thats been my experience.

Kim, do I need a sweater/wrap in April? I can't imagine I would, as I only used one a couple of nights in December at Paty-O's. Gotta maximize the amount of suitcase space for shoes, so don't want to pack anything I don't need!

I sure cant recall having to use one last April. but.. I think same applies..

I always bring something to wrap up in just incase..I take one of the little shrugg or turtle shell sweaters.. they are the best and dont take up much room.. lol

or just have more Tequilla.. I dont dare tell Bruce I am cold or tied...that is his cure foreverything.. haha !!:aktion034:
