So we go in april when it's still too cold to lay outside in ohio but the BF is afraid of tanning beds. Anyone used any tanning products to get rid of the winter paleness? Just ordered a micro spray tan system from minetanbodyskin.com , hopefully that helps but last time he didn't get a base tan so wore SPF 100 the whole time and barely came home with a tan line. Any suggestions for my pasty people up north??
I use Bali Body and it gives a great tan without turning you orange. I have done a spray tan in the past and it comes off as soon as you hit the Sexy Pool. LOL
Yeah, if the Sexy pool has changed the color of my mug, and strings on some suits, I wouldn't expect it to hold up against any tanning product. Your best bet might be to do the super high end beds that most tanning places have(but they cost like $20-$25 a session), you can do them like 3 times to get that base, and it might not be as bad as having to be in a bed for weeks ahead. But remember it's all damaging to your skin, sun or artificial. I am Italian, so I kind of get lucky with this. Tuesday when I got back to work, someone at the office who is black put her arm next to mine and laughed that we are "only 2 shades apart". We both had a good laugh as other people got scared if that was PC friendly to even say aloud in my conservative office, Jeez bugger off!
Nothing to be afraid of. Just tell him there are no boogie monsters under the bed because the lights are on.
I might need to break down and use a tanning bed because my butt is super white and everything looks better tanned
