Isn't this the second Moon Palace disappearance in a year? Didn't a grandmother go missing from there?

And they found that grandmother's body, she'd gotten lost in the mangrove there.

This one seems to have gone missing while shopping in Cancun. I always knew shopping was dangerous...

Uh-oh. Where was she shopping? That's not a lot of info!

I agree with one of the commenters... wouldn't be surprised if she resurfaces later and simply doesn't want to be found, like many. Or if she got lost in the mangrove somehow.

Still, can't be too careful. Hopefully the authorities are cooperative and she's found quickly.

Maybe she's lost in the rabbit warren parking garage under Plaza Las Americas. Just kidding. Hope she's found soon.

I don't think a guy killing his wife is really that bad for Cancun, is it? A shooting in Centro is bad for Cancun, the drug war is bad for Cancun, but domestic violence not so much, imho.

I'm sure the "news" media will find some way to blame it on Cancun, Mexico, and Mexicans.... (ie: security didn't do anything.. they didn't cut off the alcohol... police botched the investigation.... was really crazy Mexican strangler and husband is framed... etc.. ) and I have no doubt while reporting it they'll be showing video from the drug violence in the North mixed with the Cancun beaches.... :icon_sad:
