Has anyone taken the survey TTR sends out and then promises you $150 resort credit? I'm wondering if they are going to honor it or it like all thier promises.
I got one, But they may not let me back in. I was brutal. But that's nothing new.I have fought with them for the last 10 years! LOL I did e-mail them and said I would pick up my credit when I checked in. But as of now, No answer. I'm not holding my breath.
I have a $150 survey voucher to take along on our next trip. Supposedly good for vino or restaurant upgrades, gift shop, spa, etc. Not sure if it will be good for part of the yacht rental or not. I was also brutally honest when I filled out the survey. Took the survey in March and got the voucher on April 4th.
I also took the survey and am a proud owner of a full color voucher worth $150.00 to use at the resort. Honesty is a good thing Who ever uses it first, let us know how it went. I read in prior posts about the gift cards for points. Did not have any problem tranfering points to RCI from Premier for these.
Up date! I e-mailed them last night(being an ass) And to my suprise they answered back! Said I would have it no later than this afternoon! We will see!
We got ours 150.00 and we know of another couple that got one also. We are taking ours with us May 11-17 we will post when we get back how we got to use it. Chris & Tracy
