We have been regular "Garden View" rooms before and enjoyed the balcony and partial views of the ocean . My question is , do the Superior Garden rooms have a balcony and any partial view of the ocean ? Thanks
We have always stayed in Bldg. 23 or 24 but I'm not sure if there is even a difference other than the color coding shown on the map (its an old map). The new Pool, Lobby, Lobby Bar, Disco (when opened), Spa, restaurants and Eden section is on the left looking at the map. We had a slight ocean view from the common second floor balcony (walkway in front of rooms) in building 24 (there is a small table and a couple of chairs) but now there are new buildings adjacent to 23-25 so who knows. We never have room service or really stay in the room so for us the extra cost for a view we won't use is kind of a waste.
Thanks , we have stayed a few times in building 24 also , and love it ! Once in 22 ocean front , that was nice too . When I booked this trip , I somehow got the superior garden view but I would rather try to change to regular GV in #24 , we will see what happens on the 16th
Would be nice if Desire would update their webpage with some details on Eden. Pictures, map, details etc….
Are you looking at the official Desire website Desire-experience.com? There is a ton of info, pictures, and the map posted above on the official website.
Thanks, didn't see the map at the bottom of their page. Most of the pictures are of the older part of the resort, but there are a couple of the new stuff. Guess I just miss how this page used to be with lots of reports pictures, and ideas of what to expect with as new parts are being built. I'll find out soon enough in about a month.
