So I finally booked on wednesday, but the best prices had a 6 hour layover in philadelphia somehow!!! Last year I had a 7 hour layover in Ft Lauderdale and almost went insane! Any one have any tips to make it through? I'd rather not bring my laptop:banghead:

Get out of the airport to do some sight seeing. Lick the liberty bell.

I live near philly.. I usually use philly airport, but this year, im using Baltimore..! Philly airport.. ugh I hate it! The layout is so horrible & there isn't much really to do there. Maybe bring a smart phone and use the browser on that? I probably wouldn't leave the airport & come back, due to the fact it will probably be mid day with your layover, and philadelphia iarport gets pretty packed. When we went to Cancun in 09, we had a flight that left at 7 40 am, one of the first few ones to leave.. we were in the security line for 40 mins! Not ridiculously long, but with all the new security from the underwear bomber, and mid day crowds, you never know! PLus liberty bell isnt that close to the airport!

Better get some sleeping pills. Take your lap top and read 51 pages on cancuncare spring break threads. You'll be hyped once you get on the plane.

    Here its basically the opposite.

I got a supershort layover of only 45minutes in Amsterdam...

This Airport is nearly as huge as Chicago.... Will need to run from one end to the other end of the airport to catch my plane.... Hopefully my luggage is also that fast
