Thought some of you might be interested, Andalucia (the equestrian club) has a Sunday "Parillada" going and it was a pretty good deal. They've got a gorgeous garden (haven't seen that much green green grass in a long time) with a lovely pool, big palapa, kids climbing toys and free pony rides, and they'll bring over horses for a short ride for adults as well. The price is 150 pesos (kids under 6 free) and that includes a plate FULL of barbecue, arrachera, chicken, chorizo, costilla and nopales. Drinks are extra but they were cheap, we had three cheladas and three refrescos and the bill was only 110 pesos. 50 pesos for the adult horse ride. We had fantastic service, they were set on making sure we had everything we needed or wanted. I believe the hours are 12-5ish (we left at 5 but there were still a few people there). They have towels and lots of lounge chairs too.

Here's a pic of their beautiful grounds.

We'll be going back for sure!

Anyone can join us on Sunday May 31st, come on out CC locals!

Yeah we'll be up for that too, looks nice, Sofia won't ever get out of the pool if we go though! Very good idea for parties, it's my 30th in September so if it's good then that might be the venue, although a drink as much as you like is always a wise option on a birthday (or any day infact :))

Sam, we had a big problem getting Max out of the pool too. :)

We're going to go on Sunday the 31st and I believe that Steve and family will be joining us, all are welcome if you want to come! If anyone else thinks you might want to be there, let me know, I can notify the manager if this ends up being a big to-do, they might appreciate the heads up.

count us in! Degory will love it, and now that we told him about it, he's very excited to "ride a medium horse, not a little one"... because he's a big boy now :)

Alright people, we're on for Sunday (unless it rains!). Going to call the manager later and give him a rough head count, if you think you are not going to make it after all, let me know! Additionally, if someone else thinks they want to come, let me know!
