So our flights were to land on 16th of March from Montreal, but received an email this morning from Expedia that our flights have been cancelled...long story short now we will be in Cancun one day early on 15th but our reservations are for 16th, therefore, should we be negotiating when we get the resort or pay one day extra 300+ for one day thru Expedia or are there any other way...
Well.... You could share a room with us! I know it's supposed to be only 3 to a room max but she's little. And we've missed you! No idea how we sneak you in - anyone know?
Even if we end up getting a room, we would love to share a room with you guys it would be blast, sleeping is over rated anyways...when are you guys coming over?
It is certainly tough to get a decent price for 1 night. Not sure when you are arriving on the 15th, but if it is not in the morning you might just be best off booking an inexpensive hotel for the first night. Get a good nights rest and you could get to Temptations by 9am on the 16th refreshed and ready to party. Doubt they will have a room ready by then but they will check you in, give you your wristbands, and you can get started on the best time of your life!!! Just a suggestion, Paul
Also very clean and cheap. You could come over to Temptation early am and get your wristband, and bring your bags over when a room is ready. We had some overflow friends and family stay there for a wedding, and they thought it was fine.
Thanks I will look into it, I checked the prices last night at expedia its $550 for one night...that is just crazy...we will be looking into something next door. We will be arriving at 9:30 am which gives us another bonus day in Cancun. What I was thinking, if I can check in my bags at TTR for the day and take the ferry with a small hand carry and get a room at Isla Mujeres, this way relax their for a day and come to TTR the next day. I can take the ferry from just walking distance from TTR and get to the Island. Now my question is when we arrive in Isla Mujeres where do we go from there and what would be a decent motel\b&b there?... Thanks for advance, always wanted to spend sometime in Isla Mujeres and I think its going to happen now...
We're planning March 9-19 I think. Just need to book it. Already waited too long for 8-18 dates, so I'm getting anxious! A night at Isla sounds amazing. Same thing, your bags could also hang out with us, no promises I won't slip a little some thin' in your Bubba Cup to make the bar tender blush..... Can't wait to see you again.
Well you never know about these airlines I dont knw how they work but then it worked out perfect because we were suppose to drop off my son in Ottawa and my wife have a big provincial exam in Ottawa as well the night before. But as our flights canceled now I negotiated them to change our flight from a 8.5 our stay in Miami (reaching Cancun the next day) flying from Montreal to just flying from Ottawa to Charlotte (1 hour stay) reaching Cancun at 12:30. On top of that Expedia gave me 100 dollar credit compensation and I wrote an email to US airways so that they do not change my flight again... flights from Ottawa were like 400 dollar more initially to start from
