Any credible reports out there that it's possible to stockpile sleep like a squirrel does with nuts?!?! Leaving on Saturday for a few days at Temptation and would be so much easier if we could just get in all the sleep we need for the trip this week!!!

I hear Tequila is a good 'sleep substitute' while at TTR?

I think you need to do the opposite of stockpiling sleep. You need to train your body to function on less sleep. I used to wake up daily at 4 AM for work...I'd never go to bed before 10:30 or 11. After a while, I became accustomed to the routine. Now that I'm used to 8 hours of sleep each night, I feel it when I get only 5 or 6. That's my unscientific 2 cents.
