Just heard some sad news that one of our favourite TTR employees (EME) may be gone. To be honest he was one of the reasons why we booked Premier again. I understand that people come and go. That being said I would wonder who is still around? Who is your favourite employee if you have one? I hope it's okay for me to ask this question.
It's true.....Eme is gone....made a mistake and well.....he knows it. We all feel bad. Our waitress is SABY....she works her ass off and always has a big smile on her face!
We were there when it happened. He celebrated his Dads birthday and came into work smelling of alcohol. Fired on the spot. Give the guy a break! We had great service at the premier bar from Gerry, Julio, and Tono. For breakfast we always look for Lucio or Saby, lunch at Marguritas is JAVIER! We look for all these servers every year and they always remember us. Awesome service! Lety is also great at breakfast and lunch. We specifically ask for these people and encourage others to do so.
I know up here if someone walked in smelling of alcohol, they would be sent home and then talked to. They wouldn't of been fired on the spot unless it was a regular occurrence. Sad to hear either way. But with that being said there are many other great employees
So sad and unfair on the same issue please be careful what you say and post and pic of employees ,, so easy for them to be fired .

We love Eme he was our favourite waiter at the sexy pool had quite a few conversations with him about soccer/ football. He was proud of his local club and the national team as well I know we'll certainly miss him and his smile. Although we've never had a bad experience with any of the staff we do have our favourite as well we enjoy Mara as she always has a smile on her face no matter how long she's there. See her in the morning and late at night. Not sure if the staff gets to go home for a few hours in between or not but we spoke with her the one beach party night, as she'd been our waitress that morning. I remember saying something like " long day " to her she smiled and said "yes but I enjoy it" She then told us she had a good half hour forty five minute bus ride home depending on the traffic where once home she was going to kiss her family goodnight crawl into bed and sleep soundly.
