just wondering about St. Patty's in cancun? Do they celebrate it at all? Any special activities usually? Do breakers get dressed up??
Fat Tuesday used to be the place, then it closed down. Then it was Pat O Briens, that has now closed down too. I expect most places will do something, but there isn't really a single place recently that everyone descends on like there used to be.
